SHOOTERS

Gold In The Net's Pro Development program requires you to provide a shooter. Goalies not bringing a shooter need to notify the office ahead of time to allow us to find a shooter, for an additional fee, based on availability.

REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS

In the event a student cancels prior to June 1st, there will be a 15% administration fee charged for EACH session cancelled. No refunds will be made after June 1st. except for those covered under the Camp Refund Option (fee applicable), information listed below.

CAMP REFUND OPTION

This option provides for a refund (less the admin fee) or full account credit (no admin. fee) if you are required to cancel on or after June 1 due to injury or illness. This option is only available at the time of registration; it cannot be added after your registration is processed. To receive a refund or account credit, you will need to submit the refund request form and include a doctors note describing the injury or illness.

BALANCE OF FEES

All fees must be paid on or before June 1st. Late enrolments after June 1st. will require full payment at time of registration. Students will not be permitted on the ice without final payment. Should you choose the partial payment at time of registration and pay by credit card a future payment will be set up to come off your credit card on or before June 1st and an email confirmation will be sent for your information.

CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT

Gold in the Net Hockey Schools reserves the right to move students if they feel their choice of program is not within the evaluation guidelines dictated. This program adjustment will be made with the STUDENT’S best interest in mind. In the case of the student or parent/guardian requesting a change of program or group, there will be a nominal administration fee charged.

STUDENT CONDUCT

Gold in the Net Hockey Schools reserves the right to remove a student if behavior has become disruptive to fellow students and the quality of the program. Gold in the Net strongly enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying. Student(s) participating in bullying will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.

JERSEY

Each participant will receive one goalie cut jersey at their summer camp check-in.

Waiver

I, the undersigned, as the parent or legal guardian of the registered minor (the "Participant"), acknowledge that goaltending (ice hockey) is a sport involving inherent risks. I agree that GOLD IN THE NET, its agents, servants, and employees shall not be liable to the Participant or myself for any injury or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the Participant’s participation in any activities at GOLD IN THE NET. This includes but is not limited to on-ice warm-ups, on-ice drills, goaltending instruction, off-ice dry land training, or any other programs conducted on or off the ice, whether in or around the facilities.

I further agree to release and discharge GOLD IN THE NET, its agents, servants, and employees from any and all actions, claims, or demands that may arise for any injury or damage to the Participant. This agreement shall be binding upon myself, the Participant, our heirs, executors, and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of GOLD IN THE NET, its agents, servants, employees, and their successors and assigns.

I acknowledge and accept that GOLD IN THE NET does not guarantee or warrant the safety or condition of any equipment used during the programs. Furthermore, GOLD IN THE NET is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal articles or equipment.

By signing this waiver, I also grant permission for GOLD IN THE NET to use any photographs or videos taken of the Participant during their involvement in the program for advertising and/or instructional purposes.
